My goal as a home inspector is to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision on the purchase or sale of your home. To assist you in this decision, I offer an accurate, detailed home inspection by a state licensed home inspector using some of the latest technologies, such as digital radio frequency moisture meters, electronic circuit testers, digital camera and laser thermometers, all of this is included at no extra charge.

During the inspection, you are welcomed and encouraged to accompany me on the home inspection. This is your opportunity to ask questions and clarify the actual results found. As part of your home inspection, you also receive free phone consulation about home issues as long as you live in the home.

Expanded Hours!
Evening and weekend appointments are available. A minimum of 2 hours of daylight are needed to complete the exterior inspection.
